Shipping Policies

Carolina Safety Products ships orders within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment by the method  stated or the upgraded shipping you choose during checkout. Orders received on weekends or holidays, will ship respectively within 1-2 business days following the weekend or holiday schedule. Once your order ships the tracking information will be emailed to you so you can track your order.

Free shipping is determined by us which is the most economical way whether USPS or UPS.

Restrictions

• No sales outside the contiguous 50 states
• No shipment of restricted items to APO or FPO addresses
• No pepper sprays outside the contiguous US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S territories
• No pepper sprays shipped to New York or Massachusetts, restrictions apply to Michigan and Wisconsin
• No shipment of pepper sprays by air, eg: 2nd or Next Day Air
• No stun devices shipped to New York, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, the city of Philadelphia PA. or Baltimore Co. Maryland.

Returns

Carolina Safety Products no hassle 90 day return policy is the best in the industry. If you are not happy with your purchase then neither are we. 100% customer satisfaction is our virtue. The only thing we ask is to return the packaging the item came in with all instructions or paper work. When returning an item please contact us for an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If an item is returned we will issue a refund for the full purchase amount less any shipping cost. (customer is responisble for shipping) If an item is defective and within the warranty period on packaging or 90 days if not listed then Carolina Safety Products will refund the full amount including shipping cost or replace / repair item and reship item prepaid.

When returning an item please include RMA number given on package and ship to folling address.
